Exchange and Return Policy
The customer has the right to exchange within 7 days only and return within 3 days from the date of arrival of the shipment to you.
Required:
1- The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, and it has all the labels torn and undamaged, and it must be wrapped in the original cover.
2- Products that cannot be exchanged or returned (underwear and accessories after being used or opened - shipping cards and prepaid cards)
3- The customer shall bear the shipping costs in case of replacement and return, if any.
4- Refund is for returned products only, and other fees such as shipping fees or payment on receipt fees are not refundable.
